Before the Inspection
Once you’ve scheduled your home inspection, we’ll send you an email confirmation with the date, time, and important details about your appointment. Included will be a pre-inspection agreement for you to sign electronically and a secure link for easy online payment. Feel free to email us if you have any questions or noticed anything unusual during your walk-through with your agent. From there, we’ll handle everything!
Attending the Inspection
We always encourage our clients to attend the inspection. Being present allows you to ask questions and express concerns as we go through the property. We’re here to help you understand what we find and to make the process as transparent as possible.
During the Inspection
Our inspections are thorough, starting from the roof and moving down to the foundation. We follow the Standards of Practice for Home Inspectors, which outlines what we cover during the inspection. You can review those standards here to get a better idea of what to expect. Our goal is to provide you with clear, detailed observations to help you make informed decisions.
Inspection Provides a Current Condition Report
A home inspection provides a comprehensive look at the property's condition at the time of inspection. It reflects the state of the home on the day we inspect it, but not any future changes. Our detailed reports will highlight any issues found during the inspection, along with photos and clear descriptions to help you understand each finding. This ensures you’re informed and equipped to handle any necessary repairs or maintenance moving forward. If you have any concerns, we’re always here to address them.
After the Inspection
Once the inspection is complete, we’ll be available to answer any final questions. The inspector will then compile your report, which is typically delivered to you within 24 hours. You’ll receive an email with a link to view or download the report, the invoice, and payment options. With your approval, we can also send a copy of the report directly to your realtor.
Client Feedback
We strive for continuous improvement and value any feedback you provide about our services. Your experience is important to us, and we aim to deliver excellent customer service and detailed, reliable inspections.
